I have been with Bill McSpadden Real Estate since 1998 and have helped place well over 500 families in new
homes in the Knoxville area. As a company, we are a team of dedicated professionals providing service and
quality workmanship to everyone in search of a new home. Representing four of Knoxville's finest
homebuilders, we do not simply build homes, we build communities. I personally pride myself in the lasting
relationships that I build with my clients. Some of my best friends are ones that have started out mulling over a
sales contract. My goal is to consistently exceed each customer's expectations and provide personalized
service and focused attention while making the purchase of a new home an axciting and enjoyable
experience. I have the benefit of being able to assist families in up-scaling or down-sizing, depending on their
current needs. I have also been able to have repeat clients who are in need of different housing. It is not
uncommon for us to build people 2nd and 3rd homes as their housing requirements change. We have even
built homes for kids and grandkids of original clients, where their parents or grandparents still live in a home
we built for them.

About Me
A Knoxville native, I am proud to call the Powell area home. My wife, Michelle,
and I have two marveolus sons and are active members at Powell Church.
When not working, we enjoy the hectic lifestyle that raising two active sons
requires. Whether it be an exciting evening at the ballpark watching yet
another little league game, or a relaxing afternoon in the backyard, family time,
though sparse at times, is of the utmost importance and we cherish those
family times together, relishing in the memories being made. I have that same
feeling with my work relationships. Rather than rush one into a home or
development that may not be quite right for them, I choose to take a slower,

Accomplishments/Awards
I have served on numerous committes of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors in both member and chair
capacities. I am consistently a multi-million dollar producer. I also serve as treasurer of the Knox County
Schools Partners in Education Advisory Board and am active with the PTO of our son's elementary school.
