I have been associated with Bill McSpadden and the Schubert family for 12 years, helping to place well over
500 families in new homes. I have been instrumental in the successful marketing of nine different
developments for Alex and John Schubert. Although primarily dealing with new construction, I also get great
satisfaction in helping others with the re-sale and purchase of homes all over the Knoxville area. I take great
pride in the lasting friendships formed during what can sometimes be a somewhat trying time. I feel that a
positive attitude, coupled with top-notch team members, can turn a scary, dreaded time into one that is fresh
and exciting. That is exactly what selling and/or finding a new home should be.

Background
Having grown up in Knoxville, I have the knowledge of all facets of the area. Previously working as a food
broker sales representative, I quickly learned that the out-of-the-way areas of town are just as important as
the hub of the city. In fact, those areas are the ones that are the most intriguing. A Knoxville native, I am now
proud to call the Powell area home. My wife and I have two marvelous sons and are active members at
Powell Church. When not working, we enjoy the hectic lifestyle that raising two boys requires. Whether it be
an exciting evening at the ballpark watching yet another little league game, or a relaxing afternoon in the
backyard, family life, though sparse at times, is of the utmost importance and we cherish those family times
together and relish in the memories being made. I have that same feeling with my work relationships. Rather
than rush one into a home or development that may not be quite right for them, I choose to take a slower, more
relaxed concept. This way, one is just as content on the 5-year anniversary in their new home as they were
on the first day of moving in.

Accomplishments/Awards
I have served on various committees through The Knoxville Area Association of Realtors and am a consistent
multi-million dollar producer. I also serve as treasurer of the Advisory Board for the Knox County Schools
Partners in Education program and am active with the PTO of our son's elementary school.
